SEMCO provides Mixing and Dilution Systems for the most varied types of applications. They are developed and designed to meet the needs of each client and comply with the regulatory standards of NR-10, NR-13 and NR-12.
It can be supplied complete on a platform with assembly of the large components in the customer’s plant. The systems are also equipped with control panels, HMI and with PLC to meet any demands of the process, with direct communication with the plant’s DCS through any communication protocol.
Systems can be designed and manufactured in any material (carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, etc), and also following special requirements for food or pharmaceutical grade, like EHEDG, ASME BPE, GMP, etc.
The Semco mixing and dispersing System is designed to prepare solutions in general, either through a continuous or batch process.
It is normally composed of hoppers or silos, conveyors, dosing valves, tanks, mixers, transfer pumps, piping instruments and control panels.
The process control through PLC, can be programmed in a customized way to meet the specific needs of the customer, or even reach a more sophisticated level with production data of raw material and process, which allows the complete traceability of each batch and compliance with current standards.
Sugar is one of the main ingredients in many foods and drinks
consumed around the world. It can be added and dissolved manually in batches or automatically in a continuous sugar dissolution system.
Generally, this process requires control of the amount of sugar to be added in conjunction with constant water flow as well as the thermal energy required for dilution.
Only Semco equipment guarantees a continuously controlled dosage of sugar by means of state-of-the-art brix control, which prevent overdosage, ensuring that there is no waste of product and energy.
SEMCO also designs and builds customized solutions according to the client’s needs, involving mixing, dissolution, dispersion, drying, grinding, thermal exchange and others, with automated or manual feeding.
Our Application Engineers can meet and design your process needs, using state-of-the-art selection tools, including CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
