Planetary Mixer

SEMCO Planetary Mixers are suitable for pasty mixtures and solid products, having great versatility due to its two mixing tools. The combination of mechanical agitation and its rotation provides high performance, besides the advantages of fast removal, flexibility in changing the tank, easy cleaning and low energy consumption.

Planetary equipment is available in several sizes, with a working capacity from 6 to 1,500 liters (or special projects for larger capacities), fixed, variable or dual speed drives, operating efficiently and safely.

Main Features

Elevation of the drive head, providing quick removal and replacement of the mixing tank.
Dust protector to isolate the planetary box from the product to be mixed and to prevent the entry of dust or other contamination.
Scraper arm to help product movement on the sides of the tank, recommended for processes where heat transfer is critical and can be attached or removed from the mixer at any time.
3 types of mixing tools (racket, helical and pins), each one for a specific application.

Accessories

Discharge valve: installed in the mixing tank and can be supplied in several sizes.
Loading nozzles: available in several sizes and shapes, which can be conveniently mounted on material handling systems.
Vacuum hood: in conjunction with the tank allows the mixer to operate with vacuum. Mixing, drying and deaeration can be done simultaneously by incorporating this device.
Mixing tank: available in different sizes, materials and formats, meeting the highest standard of each customer’s requirements.
Control panel: For automated system contemplating safety requirements (NR-12).
